		<description>People in this country enjoyed the right of privacy and therefor the right to keep the government out of their lives, homes, and off of their cell phones.  According to the patriot act, the government may investigate anyone they suspect of terror (which includes a very wide range of acts) by electronic, visual, or any other method of surveillance.
